VB errors in Word

On one of my users PC's, when he tries to open Word, he
receives the following message.

Microsoft Visual Basic
Component" or one of its dependencies not correctly
registered: a file is missing or invalid.

When I click OK i get:

Microsoft Visual Basic
Unexpected error (339)

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office and the
problem still exists.

Any suggestions?
