VB.NET project to VISIO drawing

Is there any way to convert a VB.NET project into a VISIO drawing
file, I would at least like to get the class diagram into visio. I am
using both Visio 2002 and Visio 2003 beta, if so how?

Visio 2002 Enterprise Architect and Visio 2002 Professional SR-1 both allow
you to reverse-engineer a VB.Net project from Visual Studio.Net into Visio.

Open your VB Project in VS.
There should be a UML button in the toolbar area(right-click and select it
if it isnt shown)
Click the button to reverse-engineer into Visio.
