VB .net query

I have developed code using VB .net for clustering given dataset. The result
expected from this code is not only clusters but time complexity of the
algorithm, space complexity and total time required to execute this code. Are
there any system functions available in VB .net platform to give these
required answers. Kindly let me know at your earliest, I will appreciate the
same.
