Any changes in the syntax of the code? I heard it had changed to C sharp or
something like that?!

This isn't really the group for this discussion. This group deals with VBA
in Microsoft Word. But I can provide some information.

The syntax has changed quite a bit between VB6 and VB.NET. C# is a whole new
language brought out by Microsoft.

For Microsoft's description of VB.NET, you could take a look here

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/d...s/vbcn7/html/vaorivisualbasiclanguagetour.asp

For a somewhat less enthusiastic summary from an MVP who has a lot of VB6
code to maintain, take a look here

http://www.mvps.org/vb/index2.html?rants/vfred.htm

If you want to ask more about this, one or other of these groups would be a
suitable place for questions

microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vb (VB.NET)
microsoft.public.vb.general.discussion (VB6)
