VB Reference Error

Hi,

I am using office 2000 and when i try and open the
references list from the vb screen then excel, word or
powerpoint produces an error log and exits. Has anyone
else seen this problem or does anyone know how to fix it.

I`ve tried to uninstall and reinstall office but this
still does not work. Where is the reference list generated
from?
