VB Script Not Running After Patch 40 Load

After Patch 40 was pushed to our systems, last week, all
my Access forms with VB code now give the error - "The
expression On Load you entered as the event property
setting produced the following error: Error accessing
file. Network connection may have been lost." When I try
to view the code in any form, no matter which form, it
pulls up the same form (not the one I've highlighted). I
ran repair without any change. Each form runs the
event "On Load" to run the code. Last week, I removed
Patch 40, loaded Office SP3, rebuilt the database and it
worked. They repushed Patch 40 (after promising to remove
me from the list) and it broke again. Removing Patch 40,
removing from the Registy and rebuilding the database did
not fix it this time. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
