VB6.0 and VBA6.4

Hi All -

Can anyone please let me know if VB6.0 is compatible with VBA 6.4 and if not
what are the major differences.

They are very compatible. Indeed they have the same bug in them.

Major differences? I vaguely recall reading that VB6 has a longptr
type of variable which Access doesn't have. Or was that something
else? I don't recall.

VB6 API code can be generally cut and paste into VBA and it works.

Obvious differences are in the object model and dealing with forms and
reports and such. However I'm quite comfortable working in VB6 and
VBA.
