VBA Code Library Add in

In my office we have a shared resource which is basicly
the Code Library supplied with Microsoft Office 2000
Developer placed on shared location. We store bits of
code we have developed for reuse. One of my colleagues
has recently upgraded to Office XP. Now he is unable to
access the Code Library because in XP it is a cld file not
an mdb file. any work arounds to this available?
