VBA code or macro to list all settings in a template - Word

Does anyone know where I can find code or a macro to recap all the settings
I have made in a Word template (or, document)?

I searched on "vba settings template" and found nothing.

I was working on such a macro.

There are hundreds of settings.
If I live long enough, maybe I'll finish the macro?
