VBA Function Version Comparison

Hello,

I have an excel file which is created using VBA macro
version 95. I need to convert it to excel 2000/2002
because when I run this file, its giving error.

This file contains graphs which has to be displayed in a
HTML format and the coding has been created in Excel VBA
version 95.

I need some explanation on this. thanks.
