VBA help file only shows some of items in 'select topics' list

Using Office 2000. Using VBA Help from Access module. Search via Answer Wiz
or index produces list of 'Topics to Display". Clicking them produces
appropriate response for some and no response for many. Tried reinstal. No
change. What setting is kaflooie?
