VBA in PP2007

Hi everybody,
I haven't started converting my VBA PP2003 to PP2007 and going deep into the
code line by line , but when I load the addin in 2007 some macros dont work (
the major issue is caused by new approch to master templatesin 2007), but
something which was quite disaapointing the way my toolbar looks in 2007 I
have 40 macros with very nice icons and some menues in my toolbar but in 2007
none of the icons show and also toolbar has lost its grouping "|" . Is there
an easy way to group those buttons in addin ribbon and use icons again? I
would appreciate if someone with 2007 programming expierence give me some
insights
