VBA Issue

When I added some codes to my project plan by VBA, it worked. But after
I closed the file and VBA plateform and re-open them again, the code
could not run. I used "Project_Change" method, it is supposed to run
automatically if I make some changes to the plan.

Who could give me a help for this?
