VBA macro in Word2008 for Mac

I made a template with an AutoNew() sub to complete some setup tasks.
Unfortunately, some of the users of the template use Macs, and apparently,
Word2008 for Mac won't process visual basic macros.

Does anyone have suggestions on how to get this template to work for the Mac
users?
