vba open another excel file

Hi,
I am trying to make a macro for MAC that when the user click a button
display open file dialog.
Once the user selects the file, the same one is opened in a new sheet
of excel.

What i need to know is how to display the open dialog in a mac. And
when the file is selected, how to return the file name.
