VBA problem

When I install the updates to office, I get this message on launch:
"compile error in hidden module: VBA functions and subs" After this I
cannt use the VBA subroutines, but otherwise excel works. I am running
OSX 10.2.8 on an powerboog G4. Can anyone help me?

I hvae an version Acrobat 5.0.5 installed, but I did not reiinstall it.
I could try to remove it.

Have you tried repairing disk permissions (using the Disk Utility in the
Applications:Utilities folder)?

What version of Office? What updates did you apply?
