VBA to hide "button bars" ?

Firstly, I don't know how to express the three "bars" in English :)

Every time when I open the FORMs, on the top, it has three "bars":
bar1: the first line , menu line
bar2: the second line, which contains "save button","print button" etc.
bar3: the third line, which contain a lot of button about "format"


Question:

I want to use VBA sentences to hide bar2 / hide bar3 . Also VBA sentences
to show bar2

How should the VBA sentences be ?

verion Access :)
