vba to highlight NG thread

Can anyone share a little vba that works like the "watch" rule on outlook.
The problem I have with the existing rule is that if I reply to someones
thread, the NG name gets highlighted but not the message within. So I can
see I have replied and there might be more to say but I have no idea which
thead triggered the highlight. So I search for my name and find all the
threads with my name.
Surely theres a better way.

I would also like to fire off a message to myself that a reply has occurred,
but thats probably too much to ask....

Dear Customer,

Do you mean the Outlook Express or the Microsoft Outlook shipped with
Office suites?
So far the Outlook Express programming is not supported.

If you mean the Microsoft Outlook, can you provide more information about
your scenario?
Based on my knowledge, Microsoft Outlook did not work with a NNTP news
server just as Outlook Express do.

Oh, good point. You're right, I choose it from outlook but express is what
runs. Shoot. I sure would like to fix that.
