VBA Widow/orphan control

It seems that I can't use Marco recorder to record a VBA of Widow/Orphan Control (keeping selected lines/paragraphs in one page).

How to proceed on VBA to achieve this?

I would like the VBA to act like this-

find the first special mark; the search the next of the same mark

select the lines/paragrahs/text between the pair of the marks
set them in one block

start from the 2nd mark; find the 3rd; block the texts between;

--- repeat the process through the document.

delete all the marks
prepare the document for printing proof read etc.

Note that widow/orphan control prevents a single line of a paragraph from
appearing at the beginning or end of a page. It's a setting for whole
paragraphs.

Also, what do you mean by "special marks"? Are you referring to paragraph
marks?

See if "Keep lines together" will be more helpful for your document.
