Bring in the Excel file how? If you're importing data or linking to
data, the answer would be no. But you might conceivably set a reference
to the VBA project in your Excel workbook and call routines there as
library code.

Some of it, perhaps. But Excel is a spreadsheet, and Access is a
relational database. THEY ARE DIFFERENT. Applying spreadsheet logic to
relational tables will be a quick route to major headaches!
