After reading a few of the postings I realized that what I am trying to do
requires some basic programming. However, I not have any experience using
VBasic and would like to know if there is anyone who would be able to help.

I have a Project file in which I would like to automate a few steps and
found the answer to my question which requires creating a loop but that's
where it ends because as mentioned I do not know VB.
