VBE6INTL.DLL allegedly missing: breaks word 2007 document inspect

XP Pro SP3
Word 2007

Can NOT run the last two components of document inspector.

---

1. click 'start widget in word'
2. prepare
3. inspect document
4. ERROR

The language DLL 'VBE6INTL.DLL' could not be found.

5. click ok
ERROR

The visual basic environment could not be intialized

6. click ok -- not making anything ok
7. Document Inspector appears with five options ticked

comments, revisions, versions, and annotations
document properties and personal information
custom XML data
headers, footers, and watermarks
hidden text

8. click inspect

the first two options finish with a white check mark in a blue circle.

the remaining options fail with a white x in a red circle and the error

This inspection did not complete successfully

I don't have that .dll, so I presume it must be part of Visual Studio?

I can only suggest reinstalling VS and making sure that all servicepacks and
updates are installed for both VS and Office.

Run Office setup, choose Change and then make sure that all the VB stuff is
installed.
