vboxm32.dll is missing?

I purchased WP 2002 online back in September and until last week, everything
was fine.
Last week when I tried to use my WP I received a message that "vboxm32.dll"
is missing.
Because I purchased this online, the only information that I have is on the
receipt that was emailed to me at the time of purchase with the model name
and version and the order number.
If anyone could explain this to me or help in any way possible, please email
me at (e-mail address removed). I will get your email message before I get your
newsgroup message and I would like to resolve this problem as soon as
humanly possible. Thanks...

If by WP 2002 you mean WordPerfect 2002, then you need to be asking in a
WordPerfect NG. This one is for Word.
