VC++ 6.0 Visio add-in not generating dll classes

In trying to reverse engineer a dll I do not get any classes which are
exported included in visio. Classes which are not exported seem to be
included in visio.

Is there something special I need to do to handle exported classes?

I'm using MS Visual C++ 6.0 and Visio Professional 2003 SP1.
