VCalendar problem when cancelling

Hi,

What could be the problem with this vCalendar code?

BEGIN:VCALENDAR
VERSION:2.0
PRODID:-//Xxxxx Oy//XxxXxxxx//FI
METHOD:CANCEL
BEGIN:VEVENT
ORGANIZER:MAILTO:[email protected]
SEQUENCE:2
UID:XXXXX-PK20041019T131724
DTSTAMP:20041019T131737
END:VEVENT
END:VCALENDAR

Outlook just says that vCalendar file could not be imported.. Could
somebody also tell me why DTSTAMP has to be same with the file created
timestamp? If it is not, I get the same error from Outlook.

I create the appointment with this code:
