Is it possible to send an email to a recipient who can then click a link to
add a
meeting to their Outlook calendar?

Hi, thanks for replying, but this does not solve my problem. My client wants
to send emails that contain a link that when clicked will add a meeting to
the recipients' Outlook calendars. I am using Outlook 2003, btw.

I have uploaded the .vcs file. The link in the email brings the recipient to
a web page which contains the link to the .vcs file. Unfortunately, when the
recipient clicks the link on the web page, the browser displays the .vcs
code.

I have also tried linking to the file directly from the email but receive
the same results.

My client does not want to send the calendar update in an attachment.

Thanks.

If all users are using Outlook just send a regular Outlook meeting
request. As long as nobody is blocking/converting RTF messages it
should work fine.
