vCard problem

When I try to open a vcf file or save a contact as vcard I get the error
message that a required component is missing (wab32.dll) and I am asked to
reinstall Outlook. I have done the repair of Office from the Help menu, I
have checked that WAB32.DLL is there, it's in the \common files\system
folder. I have replaced the existing one with one that was in the \I386
directory, a newer version, but I get the same error message. What to do?

Outlook does not use that file.
What is your file association for VCF files?
