vCard wierdnesses

I have been producing vCards in code with sucess until I try to view in
Outlook 2003.

The vCard data is dumped into a .vcf file and when viewed in Address Book
all data is visible, name, email, phone, and notes, but when I view the vcf
file in Outlook 2003 the NOTE; data is not shown.

The vCard data looks like this:

The data in the NOTE; line does not appear in the Notes text box on Outlook,
but does in Address Book, am I missing something?

Update to SP1. It should be fixed there.
