vCard's Privacy for OUTLOOK 2003

How do I send a vCard with out everybody receiving my email reading all my
emails by going into the activity screen in the vCArd?

That only happens on your machine since you have the items. Others won't see
that. If you open the vcf (vCard file) you'll see that the data isn't there.
