VCS IMPORTS are 5 hours off

When importing a VCS file into the Calendar in Outlook 2007 (Vista OS), all
of the appointments are actually starting 5 hours early. My time zone is
correctly set to CST (with DST), and when I change the start time to what it
should be, everything else (end time, duration) is just fine. Any
suggestions?

either the vcals were made in the wrong time zone but used the time for the
appt in your tz or the items don't have the times and time zones properly
formatted.

I will take a look at the vcs file, but it is the very same one that
correctly imports into Outlook 2003. I do know that vcs files are created
using the Universal coordinated time, which would account for the five hour
difference(6 hours from GMT minus DST). Something isn't translating
correctly in Outlook 2007.
