VEA UML Reports

Hi all,

I've installed Visio EA that came with VSTS but am having problems running
any of the reports; when I try to run any reports (UML > Report) I get the
message "UML report drivers are not installed. Cannot run UML reports".
Additionaly, for some reason when trying to go to help, I get the message
"Cannot open the file: C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Visio11\2057\Vis_all.CHM".

I've tried reinstalling several times, including on a machine with a clean
build, and still get the same errors.

Any, and all, advice appreciated!
