Veiwing multiple calendars - Outlook 2000

Is there a way to view a couple of peoples calendars in Outlook 2000 side by
side all in one Window like Outlook 2003 does?

That takes two separate windows. Right-click on the folder you want to view
and choose Open in New Window.
