Turn on the Drawing Toolbar, View > Toolbars > Drawing. Draw out your
circles and hold down Shift key as you draw to make them perfectly
round. Then you need to format them. Right click each and choose
FORMAT. There you can set the transparency as well as the fill and
line color. If you need to adjust the layout, you can right click and
choose from the ORDER or GROUPING choices to make adjustments as
needed. To write inside them, right click and choose ADD TEXT.
