Ver. 2002 vs. 2003 in .dwg handling

Curently using Visio pro v2002, and often have problems
importing ACAD 2002 .dwg's....won't scale right on import-
-I have to manually re-size them to correct for scale.
Does anybody know if the 2003 version has a better .dwg
handling? Also, does anyone know if the HPGL printing
problem has been solved in v2003?
