I posted the following information last week and didn't receive a response so
I am posting it again with a little bit more information.
NEW INFORMATION
When I look at properties in the field of the database copied there are the
various selections available under Format (e.g. Decimal. Standard, Currency,
etc.) However, after copying the report to another clean database none of the
options appear for Format (the drop down is blank). Your help would be
greatly appreciated.
OLD INFORMATION
I am working with Access 2003. I have built a database that reports a variety
of financial matters. In my master copy of the database the reports run fine.
However, when I copy the database to any drive, server, etc. there are
certain columns that print all 6 decimal positions (this is how the query
delivers the data) even though the properties for that field in the report
are set as follows:
Format - Standard
Decimal Places - 0
I've never seen anything like this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
