verify zip codes

I was using Microsoft Office tool Direct Mail Manager to veryfy zip codes.
When I got high speed dsl I can not access microsoft or disl-a zip server .
What can I do??

Hi Klaus,

The MS Office Direct Mail Managers were licensed 3rd party add-ins that were part of only one edition, MS Office 2000. Dial-a-zip
is from http://envelopemanager.com. You may want to check with those folks to see if you'll need an upgrade or just a settings
change.
Their website mentions that their curent product line includes an internet accessible Dial-a-zip feature.
