I have a client who wants to verify that an attachment is viewable
before and after sending it. She was originally set to send HTML mail, and
that meant that when she went into Sent Items, if she tried to print the
e-mail, the attachment icon would not show. I switched her to Rich Text, so
now she prints the e-mail and the attachment icon shows. But now she's
complaining that she can't open the attachment before/after sending it to
verify that it is the correct attachment. What's a network consultant to do?
