verifying updates

I just updated Office X to 10.1.5... I think.

To verify the update instructions say "select Microsoft Component
Plugin in the Microsoft Office X\Office folder, and then on the File
menu click Show Info."

Sure enough it shows 10.1.5

BUT when I click on Word in Finder it shows 10.1.1.

Same for the other plugins.

I'm pretty new to this, and just don't know if Office is updated or not?
