Verizon says my email is Spam, sometimes

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger)
Processor: Power PC
Email Client: pop

Every few days VErizon says it will not send an email becuase it looks to be spam. But in fact i'ts not spam at all? Has anyone else dealt with this? thanks.

You need to contact Verizon about this. Provide them a sample message
and ask them why their servers are flagging it as spam.
