Version Conflict

I have just purchased and installed VS.NET 2003 Enterprise Architect.

My VISIO says it is: Visio for Enterprise Architects SP-2 (10.0.5110). It
will not allow me to open files created by one of my consulting firms.

Their VISIO says it is: Visio Provessional 2003 (11.3216.5606).

Do I not have a 2003 version?

you have the v2003ea version which under the covers is the v2002 version
with addons. It will not open a real v2003 (pro or standard) visio file.

So, is there a download available to to update/upgrade my 2002 version to
work with 2003 files?

no, the update will come with vs.net 2005. of course if you are daring and
resourceful (and willing to live with possibly a little pain) you can try
the vs.net beta.
