Version Number

[Help Me]

I have created a new forms that will be used thougout my company and i want
all end user to be using the lastest version becuase i will have to update
the form time to time. Does anyone have any suggestions on how i can test if
the user are using the current version?

I am using an Access Database on the backend.

That is not what i am concered with how can i prevent a user from draging
the template to their desktop and then i upgrade the version and they are
using an old version of the software?

Dragging the template to the desktop doesn't do much except waste space on
the desktop.
If the template is supposed to be located at
http://yourserver/stuff/template.xsn, that's where it will be loaded from.
Even if the user double-clicks on a copy on their desktop.
