Version? PC? Not sure of issue.

As a volunteer, I built a database for one unit of the hospital.
Db worked fine on all pc's until Miss Marcey's pc had to be reformatted.
The main form for dataa entry has a drop-down box to choose patient.
Marcey's pc no longer shows data in the first column.

I checked all references in VBA.

I have noticed under Help-About
MC PC shows Microsoft Office Access 2003 (11.8166.8202) SP3
2 PC's I work on: Microsoft Office Access 2003 (11.6566.8202) SP2
DB's PC: Microsoft Office Access 2003 (11.6566.8107) SP2

Can anyone please advise me? Hospital IT can't help b/c it's not a hospital
application.
Thanks.

The problem is the SP3
That stands for Service Pack 3
It caused a lot of problems. One of which had to do with combo box row
sources, but I can't remember the details. I would search MSDN KB articles
for info on Office 2003 SP3

Doug,

Do you recommend applying SP3 in environs with critical access apps? Are
the known issues fixed or are they still putting out fixes?

Thanks,
Josh

Thanks for the quick answers. I will be investigating them. I greatly
appreciate all the support.

Afraid I don't remember whether it automatically runs the patch once you
extract it, or if you have to remember where it was extracted to, and you
then go there and run something else.

I'm not aware of any other work going on for hotfixes to the SP, and I
haven't heard of any other fall out from the SP since the hotfix was
released.

This 945674 hotfix is not so hot for me. Anything hotter out there that fixes
this fix?
