vertical navigation bar

I have applied a theme to my web pages in FrontPage 2003. I have inserted a
vertical navigation bar. I'm having a heck of a time adding text to the body
of the page. Either the text appears before the vertical bar or below it. How
can I add text to the main part of the page? This is the code for the
vertical bar

How do I add text to the right of the bar ?
I thought I had a good familiarization with FrontPage but am missing
something.

Move your vertical nav bar into a table w/ 2 cells
- left cell the nav bar, right cell the content
