vertical scroll bar -- page # display

Hello,

I am working on a rather long document so what i am asking about would be
quite helpful for me.

If you open a Word Document (more than 1 page in length) and you click on
the vertical scroll bar, what looks like a comment box appears displaying
what page you are on. Do you know how to turn on/off this feature??

As far as I know, this feature is always on.
