Vertical Scroll problems - won't scroll back up to show first record in cont form

In a continuous form, I'm finding that the vertical scroll bar has a "bug"
in it where if don't have enough records to fill the form, the scroll bar
remains visible and if you use the mouse to scroll down, I'm finding that
you can't scroll back up again to view the first record. You have to use
the up arrow on the scroll bar to view the first record. Kind of like the
form is stuck from the second record down.
Anyone else seeing this? Using Access 2000 Pro.

Yes; it's a known bug. You must use something other than the mouse
scroll-wheel to return to the first record.

Thanks. I was going crazy trying to fix it by re-sizing the form and
trying all kinds of shapes.
