Vertical spacing alignment problem??

I'm trying to equalize the vertical spacing between
multiple controls but the 'vertical spacing' does not
appear on the drop-down. Does anyone know whay this is?

Perhaps you haven't used that feature recently.
Access 2002, if that's what you are using, displays those menu items
that are used frequently.
It should show up if you click on Format menu + the down arrow.
