My computer has just been upgraded from Office 2000 to 2003. I have a report
with vertical text in it and it won't display properly. The data comprises
mailing details to fit into a window envelope.
Data which should fit on to one line is separating onto two lines, sometimes
it's spreading onto two pages (there is enough room for everything on one)
and generally it won't behave.
Having had a look through other users' questions on this site and the
helpful answers listed, I've tried changing the font but, although the format
box says I've changed the font (to Times New Roman, for example), it
continues to display in the old font (Tahoma). I've also tried copying and
pasting the fields from another layout but cannot get the font to change -
again, it reverts to Tahoma.
I have seen various references to IE7 as a possible culprit and wonder if
this is the problem as I have this version installed.
If anyone has an update on this issue or a solution, please let me know.
Many thanks.
