Vertical text labels

Hi all,
I have some vertical text labels (standard arial font) on a report header.
They print fine on my computer with 2k3 sp1.
Some users i send my mdb have 2k3 sp2 and it seems the vertical text labels
just disappear on the report preview on their computer.....
Does anyone know of this 'bug'...is there a fix for this?
