very new to Access coding

Hello All,
I need some help in accomplishing a task as follow:
1) I have a switchboard that is suppose to bring up a user message
from an SQL statement.
2) I have the SQL statement that works, however I don't know how t
populate it in a form and then have a user click on any row.
3) I also need to have the user accept, decline, or tentative th
meetings.

Anyone has any idea how I can accomplish this?
