Nope. Been running a dual boot Win95B Win2K PRO for over a year.
Have fp2002 on this side.
Must admit 2002 is kind of nice when you get used to it.
The little home page icon is kind of nifty too.

on a PIII with 256mb of RAM??

Sorry I jumped the gun a little bit with my post there, Steve. I thought I'd
be so smart when I noticed your birthday and entered it in my fancy new
PocketPC... not realizing that I'd reset my Today screen to show events a
week in advance! Oh well, I have a friend who says we should all get a
"birthweek" not just a day! <grin>
